Nicole has been truly exceptional in the care she provides patients. Multiple patients and families have shared heartfelt praise highlighting her compassion, clinical expertise, and dedication.

One family shared that she arrived with a warm smile and gentle approach, always kind and caring, and they described her as “just the best.” Another family member emailed managers stating Nicole was so patient and understanding, and it was because of this nurse that we had additional services brought into our home.

Nicole engaged my husband so that he established a relationship as well as I did. This nurse provided the encouragement we needed and was always so compassionate with my husband. We are now working with VNA Hospice, and I have to say one of the hardest changes is not having this nurse visit us! Nicole always made me feel better, even at the toughest of times. We are going to miss her visits, guidance, and support. She was truly one of a kind.

Another patient credited Nicole as being instrumental in their recovery. She recognized symptoms that I had not identified as problematic. This patient described her as a pleasant, attentive, and deeply caring individual who went above to ensure their safety and well-being.
