I would like to nominate Nicole for the DAISY Award for her dedication and willingness to step up when it truly mattered. Our floor was extremely busy, and instead of hanging out or focusing on other tasks, Nicole chose to help work the floor and take direct care of patients. She saw the need and immediately stepped in without being asked. That level of initiative and teamwork is not something you see every day.

Nicole’s actions made a noticeable difference not only for the patients who received timely, compassionate care, but also for the staff who felt supported during a very demanding shift. Her willingness to put patients first and help her team speaks volumes about her character and professionalism.
