Nicole is currently the nurse manager; I have observed Nicole in her duties. She displays the highest quality of standards as a nurse. She leads by example.

Her dedication to ensuring that the veterans receive the highest quality of care is of the highest standards of a medical nurse. She displays compassion and gives 100 percent of her time to the veterans, ensuring their expectations are met.

Nicole’s duties as head nurse are of the highest standards and reflect greatly upon herself, the entire nursing staff, all veterans at the Aiken CBPC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
