In May, we had the privilege of being cared for by Nicole during our baby’s five-day stay in the NICU, and we are so deeply grateful for the compassion, skill, and emotional support she gave us during one of the most overwhelming moments of our lives. From the very beginning, Nicole treated us with such kindness and patience. She took time to explain every detail clearly, answered our questions with warmth and honesty, and helped us feel informed — not overwhelmed.

In those moments when fear and uncertainty felt too much, Nicole was a calm and steady presence who reminded us that everything was going to be okay. She made a potentially terrifying experience feel manageable and gave us such genuine reassurance that we could do this — that we were capable, and that Landon was in the best possible hands.
