Her commitment to best practices has directly supported safer, more reliable patient care.

In addition, Nikki has been an invaluable clinical and operational resource for the hematology and oncology units, supporting one of our most vulnerable patient populations. During the hospital’s transition to the Epic electronic medical record system, Nikki was instrumental in ensuring chemotherapy orders were accurately transcribed into the Epic system, helping to establish workflows that supported nurses, physicians, patients, and families alike.
