She has a huge heart, and my dad had mentioned back in June that there was an angel at OSF named Nichole.
The Angel of OSF. This has been a very rough year for our family. My father passed away, and Nichole was the head nurse while he was in the hospital at OSF. She was wonderful then, and just this past week, my mom was at OSF, and my sister and I were thrilled to see Nichole again on the 5th day.
She remembered our dad and went above and beyond for our mom while she was there. We had been at OSF for 5 days when Nichole showed up. With the holiday week, we were in a pinch for time and had a number of things that needed to be done before our mother could be discharged. Nichole took the reins and coordinated with our case manager, the assisted living facility, the doctors, and us to make sure everything was taken care of.

I prayed the fourth nightfor my dad to help us, as there were so many things that needed to be done the next day in order for my sister to be able to catch her flight at 3:30, my mom to be discharged back to her assisted living facility, and her long-term hospice care to be set up all in one day. The next morning, Nichole showed up! Prayers answered.
We were so blessed to have the angel of OSF again for our mother.
