My daughter had a very extensive spine surgery in June of 2026. Needless to say, she was scared and nervous about recovery. We had struggled with pain management until Nick walked into the room, and we knew that was all going to change. His demeanor and care were astounding. He not only figured out what was best for my daughter but did it with such kindness and grace. He always went above and beyond to make my daughter and me feel seen and heard.

From answering every call quickly to bringing meds on time. That’s huge! He explained everything to my daughter as far as meds and things that she needed; not being pushy but making sure she improved while under his care. Her pain had not been under a 7 before Nick. While under his care it was at a 4! Three days after having half her spine rebuilt! He is the most genuine, caring nurse I’ve ever encountered.
