Nick took amazing care of my brother after his heart attack. My brother was rushed into bypass surgery and eventually was transferred. He explained everything he was doing and somehow was able to explain really difficult-to-understand things in a way that was simple for us to understand. He explained what every line and medication was for and how he was using them to stabilize him. It made me feel more comfortable with the care my brother was getting after knowing that Nick knew his stuff. We could see how hard he was working, the way he worked with doctors was impressive, and the fact that they valued his input in the plan. We felt relieved that even though our brother was very sick, he had Nick working to make him better.
