There was a night when our unit was extremely busy and short-staffed, and everyone was running around trying to keep up. In the middle of it all, one of our patients became anxious and tried to get out of bed. Without hesitation, Neizel stepped in, calmly approached the patient, and gently helped them back to bed while talking to them with so much patience and kindness.

She reassured the patient that they were safe and cared for, which immediately helped calm them down. It was one of those moments that really showed her compassion and quick thinking under pressure.
