Nathaly Claros, RN, AS

R initially wanted to move from 7S, but because of the outstanding care she received from Nathaly, she changed her mind. R is well known as a “tough cookie” but was no match for the professionalism and genuine care and concern she received from Nathaly. R celebrated her birthday at Trinitas thanks to Nathaly’s kind spirit and expressed, “What a way to celebrate a 96th birthday!" R stated, "I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I enjoyed being at the hospital! The 7 South staff, especially Nathaly, made such a difference in my life. I am grateful for your kindness." Well done, 7S, and kudos to Nathaly!
