Nate has come into our department and brought hope and change. Over the past two years, Maternal-Child has had a series of events that have made many feel sad, hurt, and somewhat lost. Nate came in with fresh eyes, fresh energy, and an amazing attitude. He walked into a department where he had no background and did everything to learn about not only our field, but also who his team was. The amount he has gotten done in the past 4 months alone is staggering! A great person once told me that we didn't need another clinician, we needed a leader, and that is exactly what he is. I am grateful that he has come to us and made us feel seen, supported, and valued. Kaiser is so lucky to have him, as are we.
