Natasha was very prompt when I pushed the call button and was always concerned about how my pain level was and if the medications were helping. She explained everything that was being done and how keeping up with the meds would help. She was pleasant, caring, and positive. I felt so comfortable in a situation that doesn't always help modesty. This was by far the most positive hospital stay ever, thanks to Natasha.
