After having surgery, Natalie provided the most compassionate care. Her communication was top-notch. She fulfilled every commitment and provided exceptional care. She exhibited empathy and was never too busy to assist me. She ensured I understood everything happening and what our next steps were to help relieve the pain and pressure. On top of that, a fresh cup of coffee made at the nurse's station was the best. Natalie deserves this fantastic award.
