The family of a patient wrote:

"Several weeks ago, my father had a five-day stay at the hospital. I want to complement one of the nurses on duty for part of his stay. She was attentive and professional. She went out of her way to provide excellent care and make my dad comfortable. She also kept in touch with the doctors and kept the family informed of all developments. She is a great nurse! Please let her know that her dedication to her job is appreciated."
