Natalie has been one of the best young nurses I have had the pleasure of encountering. She is caring and compassionate. Natalie has a wonderful personality and clearly shows that she cares about her patients. I have had her as my nurse multiple days, and each time she is with me, I know I can depend on her to brighten my day and take care of all my needs in a very timely manner. If Natalie says she is going to do something, she does it, and that is not always the case with everyone else. I am very impressed with her professionalism and the way she interacts with her coworkers, as well.

She went out of her way to learn about me and my family, and strikes up conversations when she is in my room, helping me to get my mind off my medical needs for a few minutes. I enjoyed showing her pictures of my new great-granddaughter and learning about her cute 10-month-old daughter. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for, even when I am at my worst, dealing with my condition. I especially appreciate her patience and her always ensuring that I am comfortable and getting what I need. She interfaces well with my son and isn't shy in expressing her appreciation for his help in the room. I also appreciate that she keeps things clean and is very organized. She is a real asset to the hospital and the nursing staff.
