Natalie Bettin, RN, BSN
Natalie Bettin is an extremely hard worker and deserves this award. Today, Natalie stayed long past her scheduled time to leave to help her coworkers. She always keeps a positive attitude and treats everyone with kindness. She takes time to personally get to know her patients and makes them feel comfortable.
Although I do not work on the same unit as her, every time I float to the NICU, I am able to see how great a nurse she is. Coming from a different unit, she is always willing to help me, answer my questions, and check in with me. I am inspired to work as hard and treat others as kindly as Natalie does. Her positivity is inspirational.
