Naomi Zwonitzer, RN

Naomi was working in the ICU on a day that the ED was incredibly busy and overwhelmed. Naomi was asked to come to the ED to help wherever needed and at the time I needed help with a pediatric patient starting an IV. The patient’s mother spoke Spanish to the patient while I was starting the IV. The patient was very upset and Naomi began singing in Spanish to them to help calm my patient and help make it easier for me to start my IV.
