Nancy has been a breath of fresh air from day one. She came to us with a smile and a drive for excellence. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She always has a positive attitude, willing to jump in and help with things she doesn’t even need to help with.

She is such a warm, loving person. I’ve witnessed her not having the answers so many times, but 100% of the time, she figures it out. The amount of grace and thoughtfulness she has is unmatched.

She cares beyond her job limits about taking care of her patients. It’s easy to see her dedication to her job. She goes to the extreme every time to do what's best for her patients. She is with us on the floor helping more than she is in her office.
