She took care of my 5-year-old daughter with such compassion and caring that my daughter still talks about her 5 months later. Every time she’s sick or gets hurt she says, “I miss nurse Nancy.” She is hands down the best nurse at CCMC.

When my daughter was getting her chest tube removed she was scared and in so much pain, Nancy asked the surgeons to give her a 5-minute break and just sat holding her and until she said she was ready to start again with removing the tape.
