Nancy always greets me in a pleasant way, no matter what, and is also very compassionate and empathetic to my condition and what I’m going through. She is very patient and understanding of my limitations, always treats me with respect, and genuinely cares about how I’m feeling. Nancy provided excellent care in a timely fashion and made sure that my pain was under control and my nausea was under control at all times. She answered my questions and took the time to listen to me carefully and not judge me, and she was there for me when I was in the bathroom throwing up multiple times.
