Nurse Nan was exceptional in every measure of care. He went above and beyond in his duty of care and compassion. He patiently explained and helped our family (three generations of us) understand how and why the care was needed and how to administer feeding tube medication at home. He really helped us by showing us better ways to give needled medication. He went out of his way to enable us to go home a day early when the doctors didn't have feeding tube food ordered. Nan was very personable and joked to put us at ease. He listened intently and genuinely cared. He was extraordinary in every way!!! Thank you, Nan, for everything!
