Not only did she ask, but she took a genuine interest in my story, and I felt like she paid special interest in managing my pain and keeping me hydrated.
When I first arrived in the ER, I was in a lot of pain and a bit out of energy to do much other than basically survive the experience. After Miss Nai started her shift, honestly, I noticed how much of a difference she took, not only in my personal care as far as pain and checking my statistics out, but I also noticed that she went above and beyond to thoroughly ask about what I believed to be what led up to my need to be rushed to the ER less than 48 hours later after first being treated.
Not only did she ask, but she took a genuine interest in my story, and I felt like she paid special interest in managing my pain and keeping me hydrated. I was still very dehydrated. Nai also called the nurse at my transfer station and discussed my story, so she was informed and better able to assist me when I was transferred the second time. I saw her about a day after my operation, and she was following my current nurse around getting everyone's information from her shift, and recognized me and then commented on how much better I was looking.
She cleaned my colostomy bag. Something the last two nurses wanted to wait to do later, even though the fecal matter was half full in the bag, I also noticed her ability to lead and get others motivated to get their jobs going as well, and so very politely. Honestly, there isn't enough paper here to fully cover everything. Hopefully I will not have a need to return for care, but if I do I want her as my nurse every time. She's a very amazing person, you're lucky to have her.
