Winning the DAISY Award is a great honor and a proud milestone in my nursing journey. I began my career as a diploma nurse, driven by a passion to care for patients and make a real difference in their lives. While working in the Emergency Department for Five years , I challenged myself to grow both professionally and academically.

With determination, hard work, and continuous learning, I completed my Bachelors degree while actively working in emergency care. Throughout this journey, I was fortunate to receive strong support from my hospital and inspiring leaders who believed in my potential, guided me, and encouraged me to aim higher.

Through dedication and perseverance, I was promoted to Charge Nurse, a role that strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my sense of responsibility toward patient safety, teamwork, and quality care. This achievement represents not only personal success, but also the trust and support I received from my managers, colleagues, and organization.
