1LT (first lieutenant) Morgan Cramer went above and beyond to get the patient discharged safely. The patient was homeless, with no support or ride. She contacted doctors who didn't have transport for him. She advocated for the patient fiercely and got a paid-for cab from hospital vouchers. The cab showed up early, she dressed the patient, and gathered their things quickly and efficiently. When they got to the cab, the driver demanded more money - wrongly. LT Cramer corrected the issue and reassured the patient that they did not have to pay. The nurse also followed up and wrote a PSR about safe patient discharge, ensuring future patients will not have the same issue. LT Cramer managed all of this while taking exceptional care of 3 more patients
