When I entered the Infusion Center, I was in very bad shape, but Monie took me under her wing and made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be with warm blankets and a room that I liked (The other ladies took her lead and did the same). They listened to my fears and comforted my husband and me. Monie came in on Saturday to be sure my orders were in place and even gave me her cell phone number if I had any issues on the weekends. She was gentle with my PICC line and took time with us. We felt very well taken care of by these ladies in the center, and greatly appreciated it when we were scared and confused. I would recommend the infusion center to anyone needing IV infusions. Y’all are very lucky to have Monie on your team!
