Monica is an absolute treasure chest. All kinds of precious gems are held in this human. To be so young and experienced in how to care for the sick, ill, or hurt people, and to show patience and long-standing kindness. Under pressure and just rushed by others, being pulled every which way, I’ve watched her for the time I’ve been here. She is the elastic comeback lady.

Stretched but not torn apart. Keep her healthy, happy, and well paid. These humans need to be nurtured and respected, held up so they can continue doing their jobs well. We need her and all of the staff who helped me. Those people need a party of their own. This individual had the majority of my patients and was a team player, a perfect communicator. They took patients to the restroom, took trays out, and charted.

We both had a very emotionally draining patient, but Monica did not leave me to drown. They were there every step of the way. This was my first time working with them, and I am grateful. We need more staff like this on our team. P. S. Pair me with them every time.
