My mother had a double lung transplant and went to in-house patient rehab in Wyandotte, where Mong was her nurse for several days. Mong always puts her patient and their family first. She was always concerned that my mom was comfortable and had everything she needed.

Mong was also very organized and always explained everything she was doing and why. She answered all our questions and made sure we would be comfortable taking care of my mom at home. She set up training with the diabetes nurse to make sure we knew how to give her insulin on her return home. She also put together her own notes to help with my mom's discharge.

Mong called the pharmacy to make sure all her meds were going to be ready to take home and double checked a medication that had recently increased dosage. She also helped make sure we had all our equipment we would need at home. Mong gave us the knowledge and comfort to take care of my mom at home. Thank you, Mong!
