I would like to nominate Molly for the DAISY Award to recognize the incredible impact she had on my learning and confidence during my last clinical rotation. From day one, she welcomed me with patience, encouragement, and a true passion for nursing. She took the time to teach me not just the technical skills, but also the critical thinking and compassionate care that define a great nurse. No question was ever too small, and she always explained concepts in a way that made them easy to understand.

Whether it was guiding me through complex skills, helping me improve my patient communication, or simply providing reassurance during challenging moments, she was always there to support me. Beyond her clinical expertise, she has demonstrated what it means to truly care for patients and colleagues alike. She led by example, showing kindness, professionalism, and dedication in every interaction. Her mentorship gave me the confidence to trust myself and grow into the nurse I aspire to be. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and support. She not only made a difference in my clinical experience but also in my future as a nurse.
