Honestly, the entire staff made us feel like we were in a hotel or a private hospital. Their professionalism, kindness, cooperation, and cheerful demeanor made a huge difference. Especially the nurse, Mohammed Al-Garni, would clean the patients' feet without being asked, even though they were heart patients with no wounds or other issues, purely out of cooperation and respect.
