Miriam Denton is a remarkable leader within our healthcare system. Throughout my years in this organization, I've encountered various leaders, but none have quite matched Miriam's exceptional leadership qualities.

Many of our hardworking leaders often go unnoticed and aren't publicly recognized, but I believe it's time to acknowledge Miriam's dedication. She has invested countless hours in managing the merger with CRMC, efficiently handling scheduling and rescheduling numerous cases for Surgical Services. Despite the challenges posed by the restructuring of the surgery clusters, she has consistently maintained a positive and upbeat attitude.

In addition to her existing responsibilities, she is also actively involved in several projects and has recently embarked on pursuing her BSN. Miriam's genuine, down-to-earth nature and her unwavering commitment to prioritizing her team's well-being truly set her apart. Personally, I am grateful to have her as my leader.
