Mindy has been an Extraordinary Nurse and person. She completely understands the patient’s family and feelings, whether we are overwhelmed, scared, or have a million questions. 

She does not let it be known that the family is a bother. She went to bat for my husband when it seemed the doctor had forgotten my loved one needed to be on dialysis if the surgery was being pushed to later in the day. 

She has truly shown a passion for her job. She is also a great teacher to the nursing students who have been following her. She is a blessing.
