I was very thankful for Mina as my night nurse.  She was so very helpful from the minute she came into my room. Very comforting, and she said, “You came to the right place, and we’ll get to the bottom of your problem. We always do.” Her personality was very friendly. Every nurse should be like her. She kept my family and me informed. You had the right idea to have her as a top nurse at HCA Florida St Lucie Hospital.

During my hospital stay, I had an NG tube inserted, which was very uncomfortable. Mina came into my room to check on me. While doing her routine tasks, she paused and gently asked how I was feeling, and she noticed my lips were dry and cracked. She immediately took action. She brought me a soothing lip balm and applied it with care and gentleness, and she explained why they were dry.
Her attentiveness, empathy, and proactive care made a meaningful difference during this difficult time. Her thoughtful actions helped ease my discomfort and reminded me I was in caring hands.
