She leads with grace, empathy, and strength, and her priority is always the well-being of both her team and her patients. When the unit is overwhelmed, Mina is never far. She steps in without hesitation, lending a helping hand and offering calm guidance when it’s needed most. Her presence brings reassurance. She creates a culture of mutual respect, trust, and kindness that makes even the hardest shifts feel manageable. What speaks volumes about Mina’s character is how she honors her staff beyond their day-to-day roles. When one of her longtime team members retired, Mina made it a point to come in and celebrate that milestone personally.
