Mikaela Snow was phenomenal. He had a pacemaker replacement, and he was nervous and really apprehensive about the procedure. She took time to get to know him. She would visit with him as she was providing care, and that made him feel so much better. She checked on him periodically, and he left there at ease, healthy, and happy. Things would be much better if more people had her bedside manner and natural compassion. Thank you!
