I had to bring my mom in for pain after having knee replacement surgery. Michelle was the first person I interacted with and ended up being the nurse that took care of my mom. She made everything better!

She was so nice and explained everything in a way that was understandable. My mom is a talker, and once her pain was under control, she connected with Michelle on moving to Texas, kids, and just overall life! Her personality was just a breath of fresh air!
