I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the care I received during my recent visit. From the moment I checked in to the moment I was discharged, every single person I encountered at Hancock made me feel genuinely cared for — but Michelle deserves special recognition. I work as a leader at a nearby hospital, so I’ll be honest.  I was hesitant about seeking care anywhere else, but choosing Hancock ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made.

She was absolutely incredible. She made me feel comfortable from the start, got answers to my questions, eased my concerns, and treated my fiancé and kids with the same kindness she showed me. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like “just another patient.” She treated me like a human being, and we talked like we’d known each other for years.

When I was unsteady after surgery, she stayed right beside me — not just pushing me in a wheelchair to the bathroom and sending me on my own. She helped me to the bathroom, helped me get dressed, and made sure I felt safe, steady, and comfortable before leaving. She did not make me feel like I was a burden to her day. That level of compassion and patience isn’t something you see every day, even in healthcare.

You can tell she loves her job. I also want to thank the doctor, the surgical team, the anesthesiologist, and the front desk staff. Every part of my experience was exceptional. I am truly grateful, and I will absolutely return as a patient. Care this good is worth it. Thank you all for the kindness, professionalism, and humanity you showed me. You made a difficult day much easier, and I will never forget that.
