Michelle was very accommodating, even though I was late to the appointment and showed no hesitation. She was super detailed and organized, wrote several notes for me on what to do at home to continue the treatments, and was very gentle with everything.

Michelle inserted the IV line with one poke, with little to no sting, and even offered a wrap. Seeing I had hairy arms, tape was just not the right way to go in that situation. She even accommodated my sons during the appointment so that we could coordinate our day.
