Michelle is a quiet pillar on our unit, as she gracefully always takes on the toughest assignments and most "difficult" patients and families. When she is in charge, she continuously checks in on everyone and helps out; along with handling her own assignment and all Charge RN duties. She is one of those nurses that you know, no matter what "everything is going to be okay". The SCU unit is fortunate to have Michelle.
