My husband came to the ER unable to breathe well. It was a very hectic night. He had several tests and lots of bloodwork. We had so many questions. The doctor came in to talk to us, letting us know he was being admitted, but left us confused with even more questions. We finally made it to our room and explained to the nurse our concerns and confusion. Nurse Michael was unbelievable with his knowledge and all the time he took with us to go over every test result. He explained every detail and answered every question we had. He made it easy to understand! He was so caring about every aspect that concerned us. My husband was having immense anxiety until we talked to him. He had so much compassion that it was obvious he loves his job and his patients. The ease and compassion we felt was by far the best experience we have ever had in the hospital!
