Michael Tate became a beacon of light and support during a dark time. He helped ensure we connected with the right people before and after my father was readmitted. Even though we weren't on his floor when readmitted, he made sure to visit and answered all questions we had. This has been a difficult road and Mike made it a little better. He exemplifies how patients and their families should be treated.
