Michael Nelson, RN

Michael took care of my husband in the ER. He was extremely kind. He did a great job explaining the medications he was giving. While working, he was great about connecting with my husband. He asked about his work and his recent vacation, and he seemed genuinely interested, all while doing his nursing thing. And they found they had a common interest in aviation, and that was a good diversion for my husband. 

We are so glad we got to meet Michael.
