Merari Ramos, LPN

Unfortunately, my Mother has been hospitalized many times over the past ten years and has encountered many nurses. Merari has to be one of the best! As a clinical pharmacist myself, I work with nurses on a daily basis and I was so impressed with her compassion, professionalism, and gift of patient care. She was thorough, and attentive and explained everything she was doing to my Mom. She laughed with her and made her feel at ease during a hard, exhausting time in her life. On Friday afternoon she attended to a bad skin tear instead of putting it off to another shift and checked her wound both days of the weekend instead of waiting on Wound Care to check back on Monday. She helped Mom with anything she asked without anything but a smile on her face every day. Merari has a true calling and we appreciate her so much. Thank you, Marari!
