Menail was caring and attentive to my 87-year-old friend. Every time we called, she came promptly, and even when her bed was soiled, she was so very sweet and gentle with turning her and not causing her pain. Compassion is the epitome of what the DAISY Award is all about, and Menail consistently demonstrates that in her care for my dear friend. As a nurse of 43 years, I highly recommend her for this award.
