Nurse Melody was so compassionate, friendly, and helpful with me after my spine surgery. She made sure I was comfortable and cared for during my entire stay in the PACU. Melody is an outstanding nurse.

She treated me with so much respect and patience. She made me feel that I mattered, that my input on my care and condition was important and heard. She also had a gentle sense of humor that helped me relax. She was my advocate at all stages through my emergency gallbladder surgery.

Ultimately, I felt like she was my friend, even though she was so professional. I truly believe that my surgical outcome and healing were enhanced by her care and caring!
