My daughter was recovering from an appendectomy, and she was in a lot of pain that seemed abnormal. Melody advocated for us and kept calling the surgical team to increase her pain medication and to come to the room to evaluate the situation. She kept checking on my daughter every 15 minutes until they were able to bring the pain down. Melody is so compassionate and empathetic. She was able to bring up my daughters' spirits as she was so worried about the surgery, pain, and recovery.
