Melissa was phenomenal. She took time to explain my husband's condition to us. She was compassionate and honest but was take charge when necessary. She always kept us in the loop on things and prepared us for next steps. Melissa gave 110% every day with my husband even when he was unbearable. Her passion for her work showed every time we saw her. I was soon comfortable with her knowledge and experience and she always seemed to amaze me with her passion for caring about her patients. Melissa is in a great place and is the heart of neurosciences ICU!
