Melissa is exceptional as a leader is always ready to help out wherever she is needed, I will never forget not long after I started, I met her in the hallway in scrubs, she states you just go where you are needed, or the day there was a code in the ER, she took off running and was ready to help out, whether it was being with the family, answering, the phone, or helping with the patient. Melissa is there.

Her door is always open if you need or want anything. If she is out of the office for any reason, she will be available through her cell phone. She is the only person that I know who can multitask and never miss a beat. She is always here to listen, give advice, and may see or hear something to make things a little easier; she always helps out in all areas of Benson CentraCare.
