I had Missy as my nurse more than once while I was on the heart floor. She was always willing and confident in answering my questions. She brought me multiple medication sheets that she thought would help answer my questions at home. When I told her I wasn’t sure what PVCs looked like on my Apple watch, she pulled them up on Google and showed me what they are. She also showed me on my monitor what they looked like. If I needed to call her with my nurse button, it seemed like she was in there instantly asking how she could help. She was so good about keeping me updated about the doctors’ responses to questions she asked them. And while she was my nurse, I felt like she was very attentive to me and anything I needed. She made my uncomfortable health issue as comfortable as possible, and I truly appreciate that!

Missy is a great nurse. Her attention to detail is awesome. She is a boss! Very caring, explains all procedures, tests and medicines were easily discernable by the patient.

Missy is also a great trainer. Watching her interaction with new nurses was refreshing. Needless to say, I don’t think I would have done as well with my journey had I not met this wonderful young lady. Keep up the great work!
