There are not enough words to describe the awesomeness that comes with Melissa! She is the biggest team player, and she is so flexible and versatile in everything. She is always willing to cover open shifts on short notice (or as much as she can!), flips from days to nights, and encourages staff to help them succeed in their roles. Melissa is a fantastic mentor to everyone she works with and is more than deserving of this award!
