I'm very late in sending this, and I'm going to send a thank-you note as well, but I wanted to share with you my appreciation for one of your ICU nurses, Melissa King. While my brother was in the Methodist N. ICU for two weeks before passing, she was his nurse most of the time, and we couldn't have asked for better. Melissa was professional, personable, caring, informative, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, comforting, and attentive. I know and am related to several nurses, but Melissa is one of the best I've ever encountered. My family and I relied on her judgment. I obviously don't ever want to be hospitalized, especially in the ICU, but if I were to see her in the room, I would know I'm in the best possible hands. Thank you for letting me shine a light on one of your best employees who we cannot thank enough.
